1_ The first condition: Both the husband and the wife must attend, and if neither party is present, each of them must appoint any party that belongs to him, and the party must be from the foreigners.
2 _ The second condition: There must be two witnesses fair and also the presence of a translator to the real estate office of the month, in one case, which is not speaking the Arabic language fluently and buying from the editorial complex located in Cairo the character of a family.

3_The third condition: The age difference between both spouses must be appropriate, because of the validity of the marriage contract, and the difference between them should not be more than twenty-five years.
4_ Fourth condition: The purpose for which the wife resides must be a purpose other than tourism. Also, both spouses must obtain a valid residence stamp and usually a stamp is obtained from the Department of Marriage and Immigration located in the Tahrir Complex in Cairo.
5 _ Fifth condition: From the embassy of the foreign party, he brings a certificate of no objection to either of the two parties to marry the other foreign party; this includes the following request
1- Name.
2_Social status.
3_ Religion.
For your information, there are some embassies that do not set religion. If this happens, a document must be presented that proves your religion, whether Christian or Jewish, because the law prohibits marriage with urgent.
6 _ Sixth condition: The age of the spouses is not less than twenty-one years.
7 _ Seventh condition: a medical document showing the health status of both husband and wife, which you can obtain from the nearest health office.
8 _The eighth condition The last condition is considered after completing the required documents, you must go to the Ministry of Justice and the marriage will take place after submitting all these documents.
After the foreign marriage contract is concluded in Egypt, the rest of the procedures are met at the embassy of the wife, and usually each embassy has its own conditions.
