Steps for establishing an individual facility (according to Law No. 17 of 1999)
1- Real estate month: The contract of the place or place must be presented to prove the date of the contract in the real estate month

2- The Tax Authority: To obtain the tax card, the contract proving the date, the light delivery, and a copy of the national identification card holder must be presented
3- The establishment’s Chamber of Commerce: It provides the tax card or tax letter in addition to a lease contract or ownership contract for the venue that has proven history, light and photo of the national ID card to obtain a license to practice trade or activity
4- The office of the commercial registry of the establishment: registration of the establishment under the license to practice trade and a copy of the tax card and the national ID card of the establishment owner
5- Social Insurance Office: Registration of the establishment and employees in case of appointing employees
