Conditions for foreign marriage

1- The presence of the foreigner in person when conducting the documentation of the contract, “husband and wife together.”

2- The character of a family has been abolished, I swear to God.

3- 5 personal photos of the husband and wife and medical certificates from a government hospital.

4- That the age difference between the two spouses is appropriate, and it is assumed that it does not exceed 25 years, and this is specific to the Egyptian wife in particular
5- The foreign marriage applicant from the Egyptian marriage student is charged with submitting a Group B investment certificate in the National Bank of Egypt in the amount of fifty thousand pounds in the name of the Egyptian marriage student, if the age difference between them exceeds 25 years.

6- The residence of the foreigner in Egypt must be for a purpose other than tourism for some dirhams.

7- The husband and wife should not be less than 18 years old

8- The foreigner submits two certificates issued by the competent authority in the country of his nationality or from its consulate in the Arab Republic of Egypt, one of which states that she does not object to marriage and the other includes data on the date of his birth, his religion, his profession, the country residing in him and his marital status, in terms of preceded by marriage and the number of wives The children, his financial condition and sources of income, provided that both certificates are certified by the competent Egyptian authorities (the Egyptian Foreign Ministry).

9- Submitting each of the spouses a birth certificate. If this is not possible, the foreigner must submit any official document based on it, and the Egyptian must provide an official copy of the birth registration.

10- Complete the documentation procedures at the Real Estate Registration Office at the Ministry of Justice in Lazoghly Square.

11- Ratification of the marriage contract from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ratification office.
