The intent to marry foreigners is for one of the spouses to be non-Egyptian or the spouses are non-Egyptian. The marriage contract for foreigners is documented at the Egyptian Ministry of Justice and there are some conditions and papers required to end the procedures for marrying foreigners.

2- That the age difference between the two spouses is not more than 25 years, and if it exceeds 25 years, an account is opened for the wife, in which an amount of 50 thousand pounds is placed in favor of the wife.

3- The husband must be present if he is a foreigner and wants to marry an Egyptian woman, and it is possible to end the procedures with official and notarized agencies approved by the Egyptian Foreign Ministry.

4- One of the most important conditions and procedures for marrying foreigners is that Egyptian law requires the issuance of an official health certificate for marriage from a government hospital or a family medicine hospital, which is more routine than it is for the detection of marriage or prenuptial examinations.

5- The presence of a valid residence on the passport, and residence permit is obtained even if the tourist visa is exempted from the residence without the purpose of tourism in some foreign countries, including Russia, and the residence is extracted from the Passports and Immigration Authority at the Liberation Complex in the second floor in the Tahrir Square in Cairo.

6- One of the procedures for marrying foreigners is that two reasonable, adult witnesses are available during the documentation of the contract at the Office of the Legal Authorized Person.

7 – The requirement for an interpreter accredited by the Ministry of Justice in the event that one of the marital masters does not master the Arabic language.

8- There are some conditions for foreign marriage for some nationalities, including the requirement for some security clearances, especially national security.

These previously mentioned conditions and procedures pertain to foreign marriage, whether the husband is an Egyptian and the wife is a foreigner or the wife is a foreigner and the husband is Egyptian or a Gulf husband or a Gulf wife or an Arab husband or an Arab wife.
